Just like the Graeae sisters in Greek mythology who shared one eye among them, we work tirelessly to share one vision with our clients and partners. Guided by our core values, we create innovative experiences that foster community, connection, and culture for our clients.
We believe in honest, straightforward, and timely communication, whether things are going well, or not. We tell it like it is before you have to ask, from the moment we meet, all the way through budget reconciliation.
By leading with empathy, we create environments that put people first. We make sure our clients' needs are met, that their event attendees feel cared about, that we all take time to celebrate successes together, and grow when we mis-step.
We build relationships with our clients that are founded in trust, which enables our teams to be agile, and our clients to feel confident in the work that we do together.
We are event strategists, project managers, operations gurus, production pros, community builders, content curators, dog moms, and coffee enthusiasts. We share a love of human connection and get joy from hearing new, big ideas.
