The Event Puzzle: celebrating 4 partner pieces
If events are one big, colorful puzzle, we like to think of ourselves as the puzzle masters. From the client’s vision, we pull all the pieces together, tapping the best talent, resources, partners, and platforms for each particular event. No two puzzles are the same, and neither are the pieces.
Now more than ever, our relationships are based on collaborations through our screens instead of across the table, and trusted partners are increasingly important. We consider it a privilege to work with industry leaders and innovators in every division and love to geek out over their accomplishments. We love to share when we’re excited, so we thought we would give you a taste of what some of our favorite partners have been up to the last few months.
Redefining quality production from home
Suite Spot started as a creative content capture and post production studio, creating beautiful content for commercials, virtual reality, and major conferences such as Dreamforce. Members of our team have worked with Suite Spot on events with attendees ranging from 5,000 to 20,000, and on everything from content capture and live streaming to recap videos.
For Suite Spot, the pandemic brought the opportunity to utilize existing skills to grow their business, as remote events became much more content focused. They have done this by providing the tools required to capture and produce premium content from remote studios. They also created the “Remote Control Room” that allows users to reach their online audience with exclusive live content, interact with them in real-time, and even bring them into the show. Since March, they have done more than 100 shows including Time100, Salesforce Leading Through Change, and the DNC Afterparty.
Rethinking how experiences can be designed by encouraging human interaction
Pixmob creates mesmerizing experiences by encouraging human interactions. In its early iterations, this was done through immersive experiences that involved crowds in the show through wearable LED technology. Pixmob then evolved their wearable to function as a credential that included location tracking when an attendee was paired to the device. These many stages led them to launch Klik, an event platform that seamlessly integrates with their credentials, and allows attendees to keep track of sessions they attend, who they meet, and to discover all the event has to offer.
The Klik platform was born to connect attendees to more moments and organizers to more data. Connection is enhanced through custom built schedules, matchmaking, and integrations with third parties such as E-180's Braindates. With the challenges of 2020, the platform has now layered in the ability to stream video content, giving producers access to an agile system designed to connect and measure interaction at its core.
Adding streaming capabilities alongside Klik wasn’t the only innovation to come out of Pixmob this year. True to their innovative roots, they also developed Safeteams which uses Pixmob’s wearable technology to keep teams safe as businesses reopen or maintain operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using recommendations from health authorities the technology can be used to deploy contact tracing technology if necessary. We are proud to work with outstanding partners doing the incredibly important work to keep individuals safe, and companies running smoothly during these challenging times.

Rye on the Road, run by staff of some of San Francisco’s favorite cocktail bars and restaurants, is bringing true joy this year - all in the form of cocktails. Staying on brand, especially during a pandemic
Caden Concepts provides branded merchandise with a purpose. If you can dream it up, they can make it happen, all with a logo on it. In the past we’ve partnered on the essentials like beautifully branded water bottles and mugs, interesting projects that included slippers and robes for event down time, and even full on branded conference survival kits for attendees.
Early on in the pandemic Caden Concepts was able to play an important role getting face masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and other essential supplies into the hands of those who needed them most. After meeting crucial needs, they did not skip a beat when it came to providing partners with the tools they need to create relevant, branded gear in 2020. We love cooking up ideas and executing with Caden Concepts - oh and did we mention… they are woman owned, just like us!
